The truck will typically regen every 450/500 miles. Once in regen it will typically regen for about 40/45 miles.
2. How long does it take to regen?
Typically it takes about 40/45 miles for the truck to fully regen once it has started. Stopping the regen in the middle will result in longer regen cycles.
3. How quickly does soot accumulate?
Soot typically accumulates on average 1 gps (gram per second) every 20-25 miles. Highway driving you may see increased mileage.
5. Does tuning affect regen frequency?
Yes tuning will effect regen frequency, however driving styles will also effect them more. If driving with a heavier foot the vehicle will regen more often then with a lighter pedal. With the changes you'll typically seen longer intervals between regen. We normally see roughly 470 miles between regen.
6. What kind of Mileage can I expect?
Mixed driving you'll see smaller gains, on average 1-2 mpg. Highway mileage will be higher between 60-65 mph. Over 65 mph your mileage gain will start to decrease.
